My overall grade 8 pe experience :D

I have worked really hard this year I improved a lot in my running at the beginning of the year in the beep test I got up to only 3.2 but on my last beep test I got to 6.1 so I almost doubled my score so I was pretty happy about that knowing that I am not a very athletic person in one semester I almost doubled my running ability , I have also learned to play different sports like ultimate and soft ball :) this year I worked really hard , was always on time and ready to work ! I have never forgot my pe strip well only once ;) and I am a team player ! I always cooperate with everyone and have a positive attitude :D I have had great teachers and even better classmates in both schools !Grade 8 PE has be great and I hope grade 9 will be even better :) I think I did really good in fitness I tried a different sport each fitness class and had a great attitude towards each sport! :) I think I could have worked on my quickness in changing because I took a few minutes after the bell sometimes :$ my goals for next year are to be able to reach the level 8 on the beep test and around 28 mins on the community run :) !! I think for this year I deserve a 88% I think I did really good this year :) I am looking foreword to next year when I'm in Ms. Miles class so lets hope I do good or better than this year :)

The difference between semi PE and sulli PE

i think that one of the biggest changes for me is that at Sullivan PE is year long unlike at semiahmoo where you had it only for one semester everyday and that goes for french too ! at semiahmoo the only year long class is band and PE but only if you have band , which  i didn't so i wasn't use to  switching from french to PE everyday. it was hard to switch schools with about 7 weeks of school left , but i adapted just  fine and i think it really helped to have people i already knew  that went here so that made it a bit easier. there are also some differences between the fitness they do here and the fitness at semi is the amount of running and the amount time we get to do it in at semi our longest run is 3.6 k and you do that at the end of the year , you start with the 1600 hundred m then the 2k then the 2.4 k then the 3k and then the 3.6k. and you also get more time to run my old PE teacher gave us ,  25 minutes  for the  2 k and 35 for the 2.4 k 38 for the 3k and 42 for the 3.6 k and here at sulli you get up to 32 minutes  for the  4  k so you have  to work a bit harder here  :) other than that an other difference is that here there are a lot more students so you get to met new people in bigger classes .... but other than that its pretty similar ;) i have great teachers and great new friends :) so far Sullivan's been good !
